Store Return Policy
Anaway Home is a small operation and we believe in conscious consumption. As such, we hope you will consider carefully - even write to us at store@anaway.com with questions - before making your purchase decision. This way we can reduce the likelihood of needing to return an item. However, if an item is not what you expected, we do have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Exceptions to this timeframe can be made for holiday gifts.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused (unless after using you find the item is defective). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.To start a return, you can contact us at store@anaway.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Due to our small size, we are unable to cover the costs of shipping your returned items back to us, unless there are damages or an issue with your order (see below).You can always contact us about any return question at store@anaway.com. Damages and issuesWe make every effort to package products well (with reused or eco-friendly packaging) when shipping your items to you. Sadly, this doesn't always prevent damages during the shipping process and we will certainly refund your purchase if the item is damaged during shipment. Please send us a photo at store@anaway.com and we will assess your request and process the refund. If you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at store@anaway.com and we will send you a return label to send the item back to us and ship out the correct item as quickly as we can.
